This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation against the fifth respondent on the petitioner`s complaint dated 11.11.2024 given to the first respondent and forwarded to the second respondent within a specific time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry is almost completed and the same will be concluded within a period of two weeks.
