ORDER
By relying on sale deeds in favour of the petitioner's husband and the separate patta issued earlier in his name, the petitioner had filed an appeal upon coming to know that the name of one Manoharasingh was included in the joint patta. The petitioner seeks the early disposal of such appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Manoharasingh was not joined as a party because the petitioner does not have the address and other particulars.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the appeal would be disposed of on merits by the Revenue Divisional Officer after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadhar.
4. Considering the nature of relief claimed, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the joint pattadhar Manoharasingh. No costs.
