ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 07.11.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the respondents Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
