ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the second respondent herein to comply with the order made in Cr.M.P.No.454 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai dated 27.06.2025 and to register the FIR within time stipulated as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that as per the directions of the learned Magistrate, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with direction to the second respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
