ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Sivagiri to expedite the proceedings in the suit in O.S.No.45 of 2020 and pronounce the verdict within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.12.2025, the trial court has sent a report dated 08.12.2025, furnishing the year wise breakup with regard to the pendency of the cases before the Court. With regard to the year 2020, where the suit in O.S.No.45 of 2020 sought for expediting the proceedings, there are 521 cases are pending and from the year 2020 to 2024, altogether 716 cases are pending.

3. Taking note of the huge pendency, the learned Principal District Munsif, Sivagiri, is directed to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
