This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute pertains to the disbursement of salary by the petitioner to the third respondent and other workers.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Mr.M. Sakti Kumar, submitted that the enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, wherein the petitioner himself had agreed to disburse the pending salaries to the third respondent and other workers and a compromise has also been arrived between the parties on 16.10.2025 in C.S.R.No.351/2025.

4. In view of the closure of the complaint, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
