This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent to expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's application dated 30.10.2025 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent.

3.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to dispose the application submitted by the petitioner dated 30.10.2025 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits in accordance with law.
