Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner claims that the fourth respondent obtained sale deed from him without paying his sale consideration. If the petitioner wants the petition-mentioned document to be cancelled, he will have to approach only before the jurisdictional civil Court. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
