ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.11.2025 and to take appropriate action against the private respondents 4 and 5 based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No. 748 of 2025 was registered.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
