2. The petitioner is permitted to file original application under Section 63(e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 before the first respondent. On such application being filed, the same shall be numbered, provided the papers are in order and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the interested parties shall be put on notice before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
