ORDER
The petitioner is working as a Secretary in the 3rd respondent Co-operative Society. By order dated 17.10.2025, she has been transferred from the 3rd respondent Society to the 4th respondent Society. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner falls under Common Cadre Service and therefore, she can be transferred only on a request from the competent authority to take disciplinary action. In this case, without any request from the competent authority, the petitioner has been transferred from the 3rd respondent Society to the 4th respondent Society.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to Rule 18 of the Tamil Nadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Common Cadre Service Rules, 2019, submits that the transfer of a common cadre employee may be made by the Common Cadre Authority suo-motu or at the request of the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies concerned. He further submits that the petitioner, who is working as a Secretary in "B" class, has been transferred only to another "B" class Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society and that too within a radius of 3 kms. from the 3rd respondent Society.
4. Considering the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.12.2025 ogy Index : Yes / No.
