ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.67/2025 pending on the file of the second respondent and to transfer the same to any other investigating Officer to conduct the fair investigation. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner. 3.Since the investigation has been completed, there is no question of transferring the investigation.
