ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to allow the Civil Revision Petition and to direct the 1st Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil to dispose of the Execution Petition filed in EP No.99 of 2024 in OS No.200 of 1999 within a definite time framed by this Court pending before the said court in a fixed at time frame.

2. Considering the limited relief that is being granted, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment reported in 2025 INSC 329 in the case of Periyammal (Dead) through Lrs & Ors. v. V. Rajamani And Anr. Etc.. had held that the Execution Petition initiated be disposed of within a period of six months. In the present case, the Execution Petition, admittedly had been filed in the year 2024 and therefore, there shall be a direction to the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, to dispose of the EP No.99 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
