Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants to remove the soil from the petition-mentioned land for constructing residential house.

3. The stand of the respondents is that upon submission of the online application, the petitioner's request will be favourably considered and speaking order will be passed within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader makes declaration that the petitioner is bound to fulfil all the formalities and file all the relevant documents. This insistence on the part of the respondents is quite reasonable and the relief is granted to the writ 2/4
