ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to enquire into the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2022 and also to take appropriate action against the private respondents for giving false promise, cheating within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry with 2/4

respect to the petitioner's complaint has already been completed and closed as early as on 13.10.2023 and a closure report has also been served and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner.
