ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action to issue Legal Heir ship Certificate of Petitioners deceased Wife Rajalakshmi by considering Petitioners representation dated 03.10.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice"

2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his daughters are not cooperating with him for obtaining the legal heir certificate of the deceased petitioner's wife namely Rajalakshmi. The details of the daughters and their respective addresses have been provided by the petitioner in his representation dated 03.10.2025.

6. Considering the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. The 3rd respondent is directed to conduct a field inspection, if he entertains any doubt with reference to the said details and thereafter, proceed to pass orders.
