O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to carry out survey and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.295/2C2 admeasuring of 0.41.50 Ares, situated at Puliyur Bit-1, Sathangudi Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District and also fix four boundaries thereon, in a time bound manner as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner complained that the survey and demarcation of his land had not been carried out as per his representation dated 04.10.2025.

4. Learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for 2/4

respondents 1 to 4, submits that the date for carrying out the survey and demarcation has been fixed on 12.12.2025.

5. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
