ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, to conclude the Trial in OS No. 214 of 2025 within a reasonable time as stipulate by this Court.
2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.01.2025, the trial Court has sent a report to the Registrar (Judicial) vide proceedings in D.No.1238/2025, dated 08.12.2025, furnishing the year wise breakup with regard to the pendency of the cases. The learned Trial Judge informed that as on date, 1946 cases pending under various categories. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2025 and taking note of the huge pendency of the cases, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
