2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction submitted that the case was taken on file in J.C.No.651 of 2025 before the Juvenile Justice Board, Tirunelveli and the same was ended in acquittal on 18.12.2025.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the main case itself ended in acquittal, the present Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the maintainability stage.
