O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey the property comprised in Survey No.32/3 for an extent of 0.40.00 Hector situated at Kodumbapatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of Petitioner's application dated 08.10.2025 with aid of 3rd respondent within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner owns an extent of 0.40.00 hectors/99 cents of land. Patta was issued in his favour and the revenue records were also mutated. 2/4

However, the boundaries have to be demarcated. For the said purpose, an application was made and requisite fee was paid on 08.10.2025.

4. In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the survey in the subject property in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from today,

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
