Recording the same, directing the third respondent to conclude the enquiry within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The Writ Petitioner is at liberty to reopen this Writ Petition if the third respondent do not conclude the same in three weeks. No costs"

3. Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
