ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2025 and representations dated 14.10.2025 and 21.11.2025 to the 1st respondent. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side, and I have perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the accused persons illegally trespassed into her property and destroyed the valuable items kept in the complex and the tea stall run by the petitioner. Therefore, a complaint was lodged with the second respondent police. Since the complaint was not considered, representations were submitted to the first respondent, but the same were also not considered. Hence, the present petition.

Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the representation dated 21.11.2025 has been addressed to the first respondent and that the second respondent do not have knowledge about the said representation. However, the respondents have no reservation about taking action on the petitioner's complaint.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, without causing any 2/4

harassment to the petitioner, the second respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry by summoning all necessary parties.
