COMMON ORDER These criminal original petitions have been filed to set aside the unnumbered returned docket order in Crl.M.P.SR.Nos.5605, 5606 and 5607 of 2025, dated 07.11.2025 and consequently, direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, to number and dispose the same on merits. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the property involved is mobile phones.

3.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the mobile phones had been seized and are under the custody of the Customs Department. Since the matter relates to the smuggling of gold, the petitioner can very well make an application before the Customs Authority in this regard.
