ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action in CSR No.658 of 2025 dated 29.09.2025 pending enquiry before the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the pending enquiry in CSR No.658 of 2025 dated 29.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
