Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to pass orders on the proceedings of 1st respondent in Lr. No. 18955/ADW4/2021-1 dated 20.11.2021 seeking complete records of petitioner for the purpose of issuing revised regularization of petitioner in respect of proposal pending before him as per G.O.Ms.No.52 Finance (F.R II) Department dated 14.01.1977 and as recommended by the respondents 2 to 5 herein and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the proceedings of 1st respondent in Lr. No. 18955/ADW4/2021-1 dated 20.11.2021 seeking complete records of petitioner for the purpose of issuing revised regularization of petitioner in respect of proposal pending before him as per G.O Ms No.52 Finance (F.R II) Department dated 14.01.1977 and as recommended by the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 herein.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's claim had been forwarded by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent by way of communication dated 15.04.2025 in Na.Ka.No.1954/2019/Adi2, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the proposal forwarded by the third respondent and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
