ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.341 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in CC No.1023 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
