PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 11.07.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8879 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.17305 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.1088 of 2023. 1/6

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 11.07.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8879 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.17305 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.1088 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is not in dispute that while granting suspension of sentence, this Court imposed the condition directing the petitioner/A2 to stay at Tiruppur and report before Tiruppur Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m till the disposal of the appeal. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P(MD)No. 8879 of 2025 seeking to relax the said condition. This Court vide order dated 11.07.2025 modified the above condition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Town Police Station, Tiruppur Town Police Station, Tiruppur, once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 am., till the disposal of the appeal. 2/6

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. In connected matter with respect to the first accused in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13988 of 2025, this Court relaxed the condition vide order dated 10.10.2025. Following the aforesaid order, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8879of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.17305 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.1077 of 2023, dated 11.07.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Sivagangai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
