Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai District, to complete the trial in Crl.A.No.130 of 2024, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
