ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give direction to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against respondent Nos.3 to 5, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024 within a stipulated time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submits that, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024, an enquiry was conducted and subsequently closed. A closure report has also been circulated before this Court in this regard.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report to the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
