C-60. To relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16046 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16046 of 2025, dated 23.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 26 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 26 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.16046 of 2025, dated 23.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
