O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to consider his objection and not to survey his patta land in Survey Nos.56/3B and 56/24 of Vadakkupatti Village, Erakudi Post, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District, based on his representation dated 07.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, based on a representation allegedly made by his brother, Vasudevan, the respondents intend to 2/5

demarcate and survey the property without giving any notice or an opportunity to be heard.

4. Per contra, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and 5, submits that no application has been made by Vasudevan for the purpose of demarcation or survey.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
