ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the Impugned order of respondents in Na.Ka.A1/7036/2024 dated 12.04.2024 and seeking consequential direction to the respondents to reinstated the petitioner in to his service with all other monetary benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that a second show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be paid all the subsistence allowance from the date of his suspension till the final order passed forthwith. 2/4

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
