This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action and dispose the petitioner's complaint dated, 28.08.2025.

2. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police directed him to produce the necessary evidence. However, the petitioner failed to produce the same and delayed the matter. Hence, the respondent closed the complaint.

3. The respondents are directed to re-open the complaint given by the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner shall submit the documentary evidence within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint. Upon receipt of the same, the respondents shall proceed further in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
