O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order in DCB C.No.629/2025 dated 10.10.2025 issued by the second respondent and direct the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and take action on the petitioner's complaint lodged before the second respondent as per Lalitha Kumari dictum by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a detailed written complaint on 27.09.2025 to the Superintendent of Police, Tanjure, regarding the allegations against one Ganapathi and Seralathan. Thereafter, since the same was not acted upon, he submitted a fresh representation reiterating the earlier complaint. Despite the same, there is no response from the respondent. Hence, this case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, submitted that the petitioner earlier approached this Court in W.P.Crl(MD) No.1902 of 2025. When the said matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent police had filed closure report and hence, this Court directed the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. However, without approaching the Trial Court for appropriate remedy, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition afresh.
4. Considering the order passed by this Court in W.P.Crl(MD) No.1902 of 2025, dated 29.10.2025, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition. Hence, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the appropriate court.
