The petitioner had filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional 1/4
Officer seeking the cancellation of patta No.574 by removing the names of the private respondents herein from the said patta. The early disposal of such appeal is prayed for herein.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the first respondent. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the inquiry is pending before the first respondent.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all the current pattadars, including the second and third respondents herein. In view of this direction, this Writ Petition is being disposed of without notice to the private respondents. No costs.
