O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to implement the order made in Crl M.P.No.2625 of 2025 dated 08.11.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No-II, Nagercoil.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No-II, Nagercoil, by order dated 08.11.2025 in Crl M.P.No.2625 of 2025 had already directed the second respondent to register an FIR as against the accused in the petition filed by the petitioner. However, the said order has not been complied with so far. Hence, the second respondent is directed to implement the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No-II, Nagercoil passed in Crl M.P.No.2625 of 2025 dated 08.11.2025 forthwith.
