ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to revoke the order the respondent vide his proceedings Proc.RC.No. 1747868/2025/Q2 dated 04.07.2025 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2025.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had been suspended as early as on 04.07.2025, there shall be a direction to the respondent to review the suspension of the petitioner in consonance with the G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management, dated 04.08.2022. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
