Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, to complete the trial in M.C.No.154 of 2021 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
