This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioners on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they called the petitioners for enquiry and that they have not harassed the petitioners. Thereafter, the main complaint itself was closed and closure report has also been filed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. The petitioner and the third respondent can work out their remedy before the appropriate civil Court.

3. In view of the closure of the complaint, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
