ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Karaikudi to dispose the interlocutory application in I.A.No.02 of 2025 in O.S.No.122 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif Court, 1/4

Karaikudi within a time stipulated by this Court by allowing this revision petition.

2. Considering the fact that the interlocutory application filed under Order 39, Rules 1 and 2 of CPC, had been kept pending, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Karaikudi, to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, however not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
