ORDER
This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2025, 17.04.2025 and 14.11.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint before the 3rd respondent, but till date, no action has been taken.
3. The learned Government Advocate )Crl.Side) Submitted that no such complaint was received, but on a perusal of the typed set of papers, it is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint to the various authorities but not the respondents, Therefore, the present petition cannot be entertained.
4. Considering the above submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the respondents 2 2/4
and 3. On such receipt of the complaint, the respondents 2 and 3 shall consider and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
