ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse her the terminal benefits (DCRG) of the petitioner deceased daughter Revathi, who died on 26.07 2024, by nominating the petitioner as her nominee in her pension form, in terms of Rule 48 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978.

2. The petitioner had been nominated by her deceased daughter to receive her terminal benefits and that various forms were issued under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to disburse the terminal benefits in consonance with the nomination made by the deceased employee and in accordance with the relevant rules. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
