ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the return endorsements of the docket order dated 01.11.2025 made on the plaint in Un numbered O.S. No. Nil/2025 by the Principal District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam and direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam to take the plaint on file with reference to Filing No. OS/912/2025 and CNR TNMD0A0007452025 and number the suit by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Originally, the plaint had been returned for want of jurisdiction and has been taken on file and was again returned on 29.10.2025 calling upon the plaintiff to indicate the Door Number of the house in the 2/5

schedule of property. A compliance report has been filed on 01.11.2025 indicating that the Plot Number is the Door Number of the suit schedule property as per the Madurai Corporation. But however, again on 01.11.2025, the suit has been returned indicating that 'schedule of suit not properly stated'.

3. List of documents have been submitted along with the plaint dealing with the suit schedule properties. The Court could have verified whether the schedule as given in the plaint correlates with the suit schedule property by also verifying the compliance report however without doing so, return is made. Hence the return dated 01.11.2025, is set aside and there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Thirumangalam to verify the plaint along with documents filed in support of the plaint and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.

4. Registry is directed to return the original plaint filed by the petitioner along with this Civil Revision Petition. 3/5

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
