ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to remove the Juliflora Trees and thorny bushes from the property situated in S.No.25/2, measuring an extent of 77 cents, Vachakarapatti Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, and District based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry with respect to the petitioner's complaint has already been completed and closed as early as on 16.07.2025 and a closure report has also been served and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made, this criminal original petition is closed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner.
