ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to give the medical treatment in the Rajaji Government Hospital, Madurai and directing the first respondent to transfer of the petitioner's husband and her father in law from Trichy Central Jail to Madurai Central Jail based on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2025 is under consideration and suitable orders will be passed within a period of four weeks.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 14.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking medical treatment for her husband, who is now detained in Central Prison, Trichy and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that if the petitioner's husband suffers with any medical illness, the second respondent ought to have give proper medical treatment for the petitioner's husband.
