ORDER
It is not in dispute that the notice was taken to the previous address of the petitioner herein. I had proceeded on the premise that the petitioner herein who was shown as the respondent herein had been served.
2. In this view of the matter, the order dated 07.10.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.25067 of 2025 is set aside. This petition is allowed. Registry to list the matter once again for fresh disposal before the Hon'ble Judge holding the roster.
