C.M.P.(MD) Nos.19639, 19640 and 19641 of 2025 in S.A.(MD)No.213 of 2022 K.MURALI SHANKAR,J.

The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.

3. The learned counsels appearing for the first respondents and the respondents 2 to 5 would submit that they are not having any objections to allow these petitions.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the submissions made on either side, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 20.01.2026.
