ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to pass final orders in the appeal pending in File No.Na.Ka.Pava6/4432/2013.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed an appeal against the order of punishment imposed on him, and the same is pending consideration, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 09.07.2025 and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
