Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was granted license to enjoy the yield from the petition-mentioned Mango grove for the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. She had paid the amount of Rs.7,66,290/-. The grievance of the petitioner is that on account of climatic conditions, she had suffered huge loss. To make up for the same, she seeks extension. These are not matters that the Court can give positive direction. She cannot seek such relief.

3. I leave the issue entirely to the discretion of the second respondent. It is for the second respondent to take a call in the matter. Since the petitioner has given written request, speaking order shall be passed by the second respondent before the end of the 2/4
