ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner objections and remove the conditional clause mentioned in the proceedings Na.Ka.No. 1189/A5/2023 dated 22.07.2025 issued by the 1st respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation/objection dated 18.11.2025.

2. The challenge in this case pertains to a condition imposed while rectifying the pay anomaly of the petitioner. Even in the order dated 22.07.2025, it is indicated that the pay anamoly is being rectified pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.6620 of 2023, wherein this Court had specifically held that the petitioner is entitled for rectifying his pay anomaly.

In such view of the matter, the condition imposed in the order impugned reserving the right that in future, if there is any discrepancy found, the same would be reviewed cannot be made, as the order itself has been made pursuant to the Review Application No.49 of 2024, before this Court. Hence, the condition No.2 imposed in the impugned order alone is set aside.

4. In fine, the writ petition stands allowed as indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
